Simple. Fill out our Licensing Application, which can be found here

How long does it take to find out if I will have the rights to perform a show?

Expect a response within 10 business days.

Do we always need a performance license even if we are not charging admission?

Yes. As copyrighted works, every play represented by Creative Licensing LLC requires a performance license agreement each and every time it is presented whether admission is being charged or not or if the show is a remounting of a previous production.

How do I know if my theater or organization is “Non-Professional” or “Professional” for licensing?

In this context, the terms “Professional” and “Non-Professional” refer to the membership of actors and directors to unions or guilds.
