Jonathan Hogue (Music, Book, & Lyrics) has been writing parody for almost ten years, and is thrilled to be making his NYC writing debut with “Stranger Sings!”, bringing to life all the delightful idiosyncrasies of his favorite Netflix obsession. Recent directorial credits include “I Was There For You: A ‘Friends’ Musical Parody” and “When Harry Met Nancy” (NYNW 2017 Semi-Finalist). Michael Kaish (Orchestrations & Arrangements) is very excited to be working on a parody of a tv show that he has often been told is his "spirit animal." He moved to New York earlier this year and made his Broadway debut working on Summer: The Donna Summer Musical. Previously, he was based in Chicago, where some of his favorite credits include Ride the Cyclone, Sense and Sensibility (Chicago Shakespeare Theatre), Company (Writers Theatre), and Sweeney Todd (Porchlight Music Theatre). Other regional credits include Summer (La Jolla Playhouse), Almost Heaven (Rocky Mountain Repertory Theatre), West Side Story (Thunder Bay Theatre), and additional orchestrations for Into the Woods (Oregon Shakespeare Festival). Later this year, he will be joining the national tour of Jersey Boys as associate conductor. He is a proud graduate of Northwestern University.

She recently graduated with a BA in Theatre Production & Design, and works in NYC as a production manager in theatre and dance. Dena Hardee (Executive Producer) is delighted to take part in leading the team as an Executive Producer for Stranger Sings! The Parody Musical. She has been in the NYC for 5 years working in Performing Arts Administration for Dance and Theater. Dena is currently the Program Associate for the Junior Division at the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater, and has previously held the position of Executive Assistant and Registrar at the Joffrey Ballet School. Dena has also previously worked administratively at the Children's Theater of Charlotte, as well as in production (Costumer) for Belhaven University Music Department's Opera The Pied Piper of Hamelin. Recent NYC theater Projects include General Manager for I Was There For You: A FRIENDS Musical Parody at 54 Below. Michael Pigliavento (Executive Producer) is thrilled to be apart of this production of Stranger Sings!, behind the scenes this time. Most recently, Michael played Joey in several workshop productions of the “Friends” parody, Friends the Musical: I Was There for You, including performances at Feinstein’s/54 Below. On screen, Michael can be seen as Jake in season 2 of the award winning web series, Situationships (@BET). In addition to playing this denizen of the Upsidedown, Michael is also a member of the producing team. @mpigliavento
